TayCo Electric Partners With Four Oaks Builders on Purpose-Driven Build
TayCo Electric regularly partners with builders on full-scale residential construction projects, providing complete electrical systems designed for long-term performance, safety, and code compliance.
One recent project we were proud to support is the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house, currently under construction by Four Oaks Builders. TayCo Electric completed the full new construction electrical wiring for the home as part of our ongoing work with trusted regional builders.
A Trusted Builder Partnership
This project was not a one-off installation. TayCo Electric works closely with builders like Four Oaks Builders to deliver consistent, high-quality electrical infrastructure across new construction homes.
That partnership allows for smoother coordination, better planning across trades, and electrical systems that are built right from the start.
The St. Jude Dream Home project reflects the same standards we bring to every builder-led new construction job, with the added significance of supporting a mission that helps families when they need it most.
Full Home Electrical Wiring for New Construction
Our scope of work included complete electrical wiring throughout the home, from initial rough-in through system planning to support modern residential demands. This includes thoughtful circuit layout, safety-focused installation, and infrastructure designed to support long-term reliability as the home moves toward completion.
New construction wiring requires precision, experience, and close coordination with the builder and jobsite schedule. Four Oaks Builders led the project with clear communication and attention to detail, making this a collaborative and efficient build.
Supporting the St. Jude Mission Through Skilled Work
The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway raises vital funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, helping ensure families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
For our team, the most meaningful way to give back is by contributing what we do best. Supporting this project allowed us to apply our expertise in residential electrical construction to a home that will ultimately help change lives.
We are grateful to Four Oaks Builders for the opportunity to be part of this build and proud of our team for the quality of work delivered on this project.
If you are a builder looking for a long-term electrical partner for new construction homes, TayCo Electric is always open to the conversation.
